Whole Grains Have Another Health Positive!

Nutrition Fact: We all know that whole grains have many positive health benefits, but did you know they are a cancer preventer as well? In a 25 year study completed by researchers at Florida State University, women who ate at minimum of 30 grams of fiber daily are 56% less likely to develop breast cancer. Those powerhouse whole grains help the waistline and so much more!
