What’s your burn?

Fitness Fact: What’s your burn? To get a basic idea of how many calories your metabolism requires per day all you need to do is multiply 14 by your current weight. This will give you a ballpark number you can use to plan workout routines per volume unit. Please note to get an accurate reading you must factor in activity level and type of calorie being consumed. Lastly, remember that as our bodies age metabolism rates will decrease 2-4% per grouping year (bundled per decade for easier math configuration). Variations in decreased percentages exist between men and women. Remember BMI is NOT a factor is determining metabolism rates, but rather a common misconception.
