Walk with a plan!

Fitness Fact: We all know walking is a good way to get some activity into our lives, but always remember to walk with a 10,000 step plan. Do some window shopping at a 25 minute mile pace will equals 109 steps per minute in turn 92 minutes to get to 10,000 steps. Put some zest in your step at a 20 minute mile pace equals’ 115 steps per minute; in turn 87 minutes to get to 10,000. Hitting your exercise stride at a 17 minute mile pace equals 124 steps per minute; in turn 81 minutes to get to 10,000. Power walking it through is a 15 minute mile pace equaling 129 steps per minute, which in turn gives you 78 minutes to hit those 10,000 steps!
