Time matters!

Fitness Fact: Work the plan and the plan will work! A recent (ongoing) study by researchers at the University of Illinois, found people who start an exercise plan that work out three days a week for a minimum of three weeks were 82% more likely to stay with their regiment for one year and 87% stuck with their regiment for two years. Professor psychology of Edward McAuley PH.D. is quoted as saying “Planning when, where, how and who you are going to work out with eventually causes a shift in behavior to where exercising becomes more automatic. In other words, motivation snaps into autopilot.”
