Get Those 8 Hours In!

Fitness Fact: Late nights wreck more than your mornings! There has been intriguing news from a study recently released by the International Nightmare Treatment Center in Albuquerque New Mexico. In the 3,000 sample group study they found people who don’t get a full 7-8 hours of sleep have 83% more nightmares and daytime sleepiness. This is due to the disruption of circadian rhythms which cause sleeping problems. If you’re looking to ease into better sleeping patterns try turning in 15 minutes earlier than the night before and don’t watch any TV or jump on the computer as this simulates the mind! Getting enough rest every night also contributes greatly to your rate of metabolism!
