Detroit, MI – First Responders For Fitness (FR4F) announced today that Danielle Girdano President of D’fine Sculpting & Nutrition LLC has been appointed to their Fitness Advisory Board. In addition, Danielle has accepted appointment to the FR4F Medical Advisory Board.
FR4F is a charitable 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization of federal, state/province, and municipal law enforcement, fire/medic, nurse, and lifeguard personnel who service public/private, paid/volunteer, active/reserve/retired and civilian members. They promote health and wellness through educational programs, events and competitions in Canada and the United States. Their “4 Fitness” methodology focuses on mental, spiritual, nutritional, and physical fitness to enhance First Responder’s performance and productivity while increasing life longevity. This approach minimizes risk management issues via safe work practices and includes proactive counter-measures to reduce emergency situations by educating civilians on early detection, prevention, and safety.
