Cutting Cocktail Calories

Nutrition Fact: Cut those summer cocktail calories! During summer months getting together with friends for outdoor and special occasions is expected, but those extra calories may not be!  One easy trick to cut unnecessary calories is to ask the bartender or party host for your mixed drink in a highball glass. A recent survey from bartenders all across the US found bartenders pour an average of 20% less liquid into taller tumblers, so you’ll drink less calories, sugar, carbohydrates and sodium per round!
